Customers are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity under their accounts. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the service in violation of law or your agency policies.

4. Customer data and evidence records

Customers retain rights in their data as set out in the applicable agreement. Aerial Ledger processes detection related data to provide the service. Integrity features support operational and evidentiary workflows; they do not guarantee any particular legal outcome.

5. Third party sources

Detection telemetry may originate from third party sensor vendors. Availability and accuracy of source data depend on those vendors and customer configurations.

6. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed customer agreement, the service and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerial Ledger's liability is limited as described in the applicable customer agreement. Website visitors' remedies may be limited to discontinuing use of the site.

8. Governing law

Governing law and venue will be stated in the customer agreement or confirmed for website only use.
